ICCG – Building Better Local Business Ecosystems

The ICCG**( Industry Council for Competitiveness and Globalization) a 501C (6) non-profit corporation is a network of professionals dedicated to identifying, sharing, and establishing strategies to compete in a global economy.

The global economy has created new challenges and increased competition and ICCG looks to provide a platform for executives to exchange ideas, share best practices, and network to maximize the abilities of business leaders to leverage global resources to help build better local business ecosystems, ensure future job growth, and create internship opportunities.

The ICCG’s objectives include cultivating communications and networking opportunities among its members, defining and establishing best practices and ethical standards, and creating and maintaining a link between business leaders devising global strategies. These objectives are accomplished through events, presentations, roundtables, and committees organized and sponsored by The ICCG.

ICCG CXO Forum

ICCG holds regular networking events where C-Level executives collaborate and share ideas and best practices on how to compete in a global economy. Our events bring CXOs from different industries together to identify and discuss the common challenges they face within areas such as Governance, Big Data, supply chain analytics, enterprise mobility, portfolio management, and more.

The goals of ICCG are to create a platform that allows our membership to collaborate and exchange ideas on global markets, share experience and knowledge, identify and engage global resources, and create niche clusters of knowledge base. We want to build better local business ecosystems to fuel the growth of new industries to ensure sustainable job growth.

In addition we are determined to enhance local ecosystems to fuel the growth of new industries, establish agile, and dynamic talent pool to embrace new technologies, and support and sustain venture capital ecosystem and innovations in the healthcare and life sciences industry.

In short, we are helping C-Level executives to stay globally connected while creating job growth locally.

  Fortune 1000 CXO Panel

As part of our effort to help CXOs identify, share, and establish strategies to compete in a global economy, ICCG will be conducting 100 interviews, ranging from 15-30 minutes, of Fortune 1000 CXOs during 2015. The goal of the interviews will be to understand the CXOs area of focus, the challenges associated with that area, and their future plans to address those challenges.

At the conclusion of the interviews, ICCG will be compiling the results into an Issue and industry specific report to share with all of the interviewees emphasizing common interests and future plans associated with those interests across industries.
